New Student Veterans & Dependents

Benefits certification is the most common reason student veterans and dependents work with our office.

To be certified for G.I. Bill benefits, all student veterans or dependents who are new to Cal Poly must gather the following documents and submit in person or via email:

Veteran Certifying Official:
Steven Chandler
Office of the Registrar
Building 52, Room E-25
Email: veteranbenefits@calpoly.edu
Phone: 805.756.6025

All forms can be found here.

Veteran Benefits can also be found here.
